- In Automatic All In One Bag Making machine media roll like Paper roll, non woven roll, bopp roll, bioplast roll, woven sack roll etc. is installed automatically by the help of a pneumatic lifter in the feeding portion of the machine then further roll move towards mouth folding and an ultrasonic portion where top of bag is folded according to the media or double sided tape is also applied in this area for paper courier bag, further roll moves towards center folding unit where the roll is folded from center equally or with the flap for courier bag or envelope with accurate adjustment option available in the machine.
- Then further in fully automatic all in one bag making machine, the roll moves in the dancing pad portion where according to the width required of the bag the roll is pulled by nipping rollers so that it stays on hold in the next portion for working of d cut or any other punch if required according to the shape of the bag. Then the roll moves towards the side sealing portion in which according to the media if ultrasonic sealing is required is turned on or if heat sealing is required that part is turned on or if both sealings are required both function will work parallelly.
- Further, this pasted roll moves in the cutting unit, and then the final bag is formed. In this machine, one can easily set the desired width, length, and shape of desired media of bags like Paper Bag, Non-Woven Bag, Bioplast bags, Bopp Pouch, Poly Bags, Woven Sack Bags etc. easily with the touch control panel of the machine.
