- In this Fully Automatic Cloth Bag Making Machine firstly cotton cloth roll is fed in the feeding section with the help of pneumatic lifters further this roll is controlled by tension controllers and tension in roll is maintained, this cloth roll moves under web aligner so that roll moves straight in the mouth fold stitching section, where there are 2 chain stitching machines to chain stitch the top mouth of the roll in both ends.
- Further cloth roll is pulled by the knipping unit and transferred to folding cube section where fabric roll is folded from center then folded roto-cotton roll goes under dancing pad unit where if needed to make bottom gusset in bag one can make bottom gusset as well with the help of folder and wheels. This unit makes the fabric smooth for pulling in continuous motion behind this unit so that in next unit where fabric is stopped for further operations.
- Further fabric comes in side stitching unit where folded cloth roll is stopped for the duration so that 2 stitching long arm machines move in y direction to stitch the sides to form the bag shape, meanwhile if d punch is required can be applied in this duration in the next step, further stitched tube moves in cutting section where cutting is done between 2 stitches so that properly shaped cloth bag comes out.
