In 2 color non woven offset printing machine bags are feeded through special feeding system designed in art facility of our company and then moves to the first unit of two color non woven offset printing machine where first color is printed on the bag. Further non woven bag is gripped by transfer drum and transferred to second color unit in which second color is printed on the bag from inking unit to blanket then to the bag. Then in this double color bag printing machine non woven bag is gripped by delivery grippers and delivery chain and finally non woven bags are delivered on the delivery table.

Non woven bundle is put on feeding tray
Special feeding system takes non woven bag one by one automatically from feeding tray and puts them on feeding table.

Further non woven bag is guided for alignment by belts, runners and side lay
Non woven bag is gripped by grippers of 1st printing unit impressions cylinder and ink is transferred from inking rollers to plate cylinder to blanket cylinder and then on bag.

Further transfer drum grips the bag from 1st unit and transfers the bag to the 2nd units impression cylinder grippers
Then in 2nd color printing unit similar way ink is transferred from inking rollers to plate cylinder to blanket cylinder and then 2nd color is printed on non woven bags
